Always Meditation runs Mindfulness & Meditation classes and courses in Blackburn at the Karli Health Centre located in the Laburnum Village Shopping Center near the intersection of Whitehorse & Middleborough Roads.
Since 2013 we have taught mindfulness & meditation to hundreds of beginners in Blackburn who want to learn how to manage stress, anxiety, improve their physical & mental health and to sleep better.
Our affordable but comprehensive courses consist of a 1.5 hour class on 4 consecutive Tuesday evenings from 7.30 pm to 9 pm. They are scheduled so that people can attend straight from their homes after dinner.
Our course format includes a total of 6 hours contact class time which is 50% more than is offered by other 4 week introduction to mindfulness courses, meaning double the amount of guided meditation practice time, information and knowledge for you.

Our Blackburn meditation classes venue is a 3 minute walk from the Laburnum train station on the Lilydale/Belgrave lines.
Parking is readily available in front of the venue or in adjacent streets. (check restrictions)
We often find that local parents bring their teenage children here to learn mindfulness to help them cope with the stresses of higher education exams.

The Blackburn Meditation classes room is air conditioned in summer and heated in winter with toilets located within the building. It is surrounded by trees and being above street level has a relaxing, tranquil airy feel, very appealing for learning and practicing mindfulness-meditation.
A short 5 minute drive takes you to the Blackburn creeklands reserve which is a pleasant spot to mindfully walk surrounded by natural bushland.
