Since 2014 Always Meditation has offered mindfulness & meditation courses for beginners in Melbourne’s CBD for people wanting to learn how to manage stress, anxiety, improve their physical and mental health and to sleep better.
Our affordable but comprehensive courses consist of a 1.5 hour class on 4 consecutive Wednesday afternoons from 5.30 pm to 7 pm. They are scheduled so that people can attend straight from their workplace.
Our course format includes a total of 6 hours contact class time which is 50% more than is offered by other 4 week introduction to mindfulness courses, meaning double the amount of guided meditation practice time, information and knowledge for you.
The course venue we use is Ross House, conveniently located at 247 Flinders Lane, between Swanston St and DeGraves St in Melbourne’s CBD. New courses start each month.
